first of all, thanks Rubun help me fix this blog. However, I lost your link , please put your link and other friends link on my blog if this don't make u trouble.

yesterday night, Jeff ( a white guy from the U.S and he can speak flowing Mandanous and little bit Cantonese, we ususally said that he is Chinese more than American) asked me to go to "Da pai Don" with his friends. there is a good place, typical HK "da pai Don" style. it seems hard to find that kind of place in HK. some of Jeff's friends are HK guys and some are Canadian. we are just like a UN. sometime we speak Chinese and sometime we speak Eng. some time we forgot change our channel and talk to a Canadian in Mandianous .

I drunk little beer (just two cups), but i had free I got drunk. after I had went to my room, I jumped on my bed and took a good sleep. although i just slep 7 hrs last night ( i need take at least 8 hrs usually) , i feel so good this morning. i think i should get drunk one night pre-week.

My medieval Europe class

my Medieval Europe class are very interesting. first of all , the professor is a Father. he is so funny, 絕對不是老古董。 secondly, we have two trips in our class. last Sunday we just went to the Trappist Monastery，一所位於大嶼山的修道院，即系以前出十字牌牛奶果間。 最後，we will have a study tour to Europe at the mid of July!!!






Rubun and little fish, if u want to join in. u can tell me , because we welcome outsider join in. of course it depends on how many student will participate in this trip.

Purpose: To witness the historical vestiges of the medieval Western Europe
Condition of participation: 1) genuine interest in the history of the medieval Western Europe.2) prior study and meeting. 3) to study one of the places to be visited and to present the result to the group during the tour before visiting that place; 4) a report of 3,000 words after the tour
order of priority to join the tour: 1) MA students of HIS5532 are given the highest priority.2) CUHK members.3) early applicants.4) relatives or friends of applicants.
Date: mid-July.
Group size: 15-35 members.
Duration: 13 days or more.
Places to be visited:1 - the Carolingian capital at Aix-la-chapelle (Aachen, near Cologne, Germany) Aix_la_chapelle (Aachen)2 - the cathedral at Chartres (near Paris) where one of the first Gothic architectural method was applied. Chartres, Cathedral of Notre-Dame ca. 1194 - 1220 (www.beloit.edu) 3 - the castle of the Plantagenet dynasty at Chinon (near Tours) where Henry II, Eleanor of Aquitaine, and later Joan of Arc stayed for some time. The wine is also very special there.Castel of Chinon, vineyards4 - the monastery at Citeaux (near Dijon) where the ancient Benedictine order was renewed and the trappist monastery in HK is a branch of it. Abbey of Citeaux5 - the Papal palace at Avignon (near Marseille) where popes stayed there outside of Rome for several decades during the Middle Ages. 蜂兒辛苦多官苦、蝴蝶花間自在飛

上星期日可算是我來港後，最充實的星期日。因為我和John & Patrick 三條佬崇拜完後，去了沙灘游水。

在香港去沙灘和游泳池的感覺分別很大，後者好像在城市出外吃飯後，便要回家，但前者就如去一次旅行。我們三人帶個背囊，著對施鞋，吃完午餐，便買太陽油、麵包、水，跟著便出發。
本來三人原先想去清水灣，但為免去彩虹轉車這麼麻煩，便直接由第一城乘車去西貢市中心，希望在西貢會有小巴去清水灣。怎料原來根本沒有這條交通線的! 正當三人徬徨無助、在西貢四處亂走之際，有個啊婆走來問是否去游水。原來她是街渡找生意，比小輪細，卻較舢板大，全船除了我們一行人外，只有另外兩名後生仔，可以算是包了船。來回二十大元，幾抵玩。最後在啊婆 “誠邀” 之下，便去了白沙灣這地方。

這已是第二次白沙灣了，上一次來我只是一名中三學生，隔了這麼久，當看到這個與塵囂隔絕的白沙灣時，心中除了泛起童年往事，也有感慨。以前的童年玩伴已不知所蹤，換來這兩個John and Patrick。他們和架船啊伯有講有笑，但事後他們也說有一半不知啊伯說什麼。

白沙灣雖不能算作沙幼，但勝在水清，而且最大好處是人不太多，也有救生員和士多。我們一踏上碼頭，救生員便廣播: “現正有強風訊號. ，請各泳客上岸”!!! 幸好最後雨過天晴。

我們游去浮台，玩跳水、看風景和. 談天說地，很快由四時玩到六時。天半黑時在碼頭等船也別有一番咨味。看著對岸的科技大學行雷閃電，我們這邊卻 “也無風雨也無晴” 。

到西貢市中心，人也醒神了。岸上邊的大排檔加上岸下邊的漁民在小艇賣魚，好不熱鬧。晚上三人乘著晚風在西貢市四處遊逛。看到有燈紅酒綠的pub，亦有寂靜的窮巷。最後在滿記食甜品更為今次旅程錦上添花。回到宿舍時十時半，整天花費107港幣。
